What the heck do you think you folks are playing at, by introducing Bill 132, Schedule 16, while still claiming you will be seriously considering submitted comments. No I'm not going to waste my time here but I have scheduled a telephone call with my Conservative MLA.
I strongly oppose any change to the ARA which will remove or diminish controls by local municipalities and/or the influence of feedback by local citizens with regards to decisions on gravel pit approvals.

Our family llves next to some aggregate pits and we have been very patient with them. Originally, they would follow the rules of no working past 7:00 p.m. and no working on the weekend. This has been badly abused.
