In 2014, the Elgin-St. Thomas Cycling Master Plan was adopted by all municipalities and the County of Elgin. Since then, local municipalities along with the County have endeavoured to construct new cycling facilities such as paved shoulders, bike lanes, and signed routes. Read more

This is an observation in addition to P-BAC's submission. I would like to flag road surface treatment as a concern in this policy process. Presently, there seems to be no "professional development" aimed at those who are in charge of deciding what sort of paving treatment will be used. Read more
