Well I understand what you are trying to do in my opinion this is being done the wrong way. The bait industry doesn't want invasive species in the lakes as it will cost them money. Let's start looking at water bombers, the public and various other areas. Read more

The proposed changes are too restrictive for many cities in northern Ontario. The boundaries for bait to cross into different districts is far too strict for the region and causes problems for travelling to nearby lakes with live bait. Read more

I believe that if any native species of the waterway being fished is used, or is not a direct threat to the well being of the waterway(s); should be more than acceptable for use. Ontario is sadly so far behind the times of baitfish management that it is too late for virtually all southern lakes. Read more
