I feel that not enough time has been spent researching this and there should be an extension granted to section 55. The panel should be more inclusive of stakeholders with hands on knowledge of the area and eco system. Read more

I support the extension to the Section 55 ESA Regulation. A two year extension period is too short a period of five years is more reasonable for a panel to do an effective job with this complex issue. Read more
