This Act does not represent a burden to business, it represents a responsibility to conduct business without damaging the environment. this act must not be repealed.
I do not support Bill 66 and, in particular, Schedule 5. I am very concerned that the Bill threatens human and wildlife health through increased exposure to toxic chemicals.

The Toxics Reduction Act is important because it imposes a burden on the polluter to develop a plan to reduce chemical and toxic substances released. The federal act does not make that requirement, but sets national standards.
