I strongly disagree with proposed changes in Bill 108 that impact the environment, wildlife habitat and especially endangered species. The proposal is well-described as a "pay to slay" policy. Read more

This legislation appears to weigh heavily in favour of the developers and those who lobby for and profit from them. And yet it does not seem to have any parameters under which they are held accountable for the progress, quality and end product of their projects. Read more

Since it first originated, the Ontario Municipal Board has functioned to frustrate local input into the design of communities in Ontario. In effect, the developers have almost always won and have known that they could. Read more

What is going on??? The OMB greenlit so many projects that should have never been approved. So many communities have been destroyed. Thankfully, efforts were finally made to put an end to the corrupt and single-focused board. Now you want to bring it back??? Is there some cronyism involved here? Read more
