The Ontario Heritage Act should be left as it was intended; we have lost too much of our architectural heritage already. Attention should be directed toward preserving what we have rather than leaving decisions to those interested. only in making a profit.

The CRB needs to remain as part of the appeals process. Much cheaper and more efficient to work with this group, rather than LPAT which lacks expertise in Heritage sector. Read more

I am entirely opposed to the proposed changes. We should be moving in the opposite direction. We need far more discussion and analysis of the situation. There is no shortage of construction activity in Ontario - specially in the GTA and Southwest. Read more
