As a professional lawn care operator for over 30 years, I can say that there is a huge black market for home owners to take part in the use of non registered pesticides. Pesticides will only be safe in the hands of properly trained people. Read more

PMRA uses primarily industry supplied testing to make decisions. PMRA is greatly backlogged at present. By federal law, all pesticides are supposed to be re-evaluated every 15 years. The PMRA cannot possibly do this, and they have admitted this. Read more

We have come too far to regress and allow decision making to be in the hands of one person compared to a committee. I am further alarmed there is consideration to allow pesticide tracking to be reduced while relaxing the cosmetic use of pesticides. Read more
