As a long time resident angler and boat owner I am well aware of the public education done on invasive species, largely through the OFAH and apply the recommendations and common sense when moving my boat from one body of water to another. My friends do as well.

With the horse already out of the barn it is too late. The Federal government should have done something many years ago to prevent the spread of invasive species.
