I live in North York and it gets very congested. Parks make city more livable, provides more sanity. And developers must contribute to green spaces as they did it before, not on a lesser scale. If this new change will pass I will vote for any candidate who would bring old rules back!!!

I am most strongly opposed to the new changes being proposed to community benefits under the Planning Act, Development Changes Act and Building Code Act. This will mean a decrease in revenues to the community from those levies currently in place. Read more
