Bill 108, whose regulations are now under discussion, favours developers but damages residents of the City of Toronto. Given the present COVID-19 situation, which is to physically distance from each other by at least two metres, this is even more challenging. Read more

The Township of Cavan Monaghan has reviewed the regulations and are concerned regarding the tight timelines and that we do not have some information (i.e. a Parks Plan) at this time and therefore it’s unlikely we can complete the required plan in the time frame suggested. Read more

This regulation needs to contemplate areas in Ontario which have already reached high population densities (North York Centre, Yonge & Eglinton, Downtown Toronto) that need a higher CBC funding formula. Read more

I am NOT in favour of reducing the amount developers pay for parks, child care centres and other services in Willowdale. In fact, I am in favour of increasing what developers pay. I am in support of requiring developers to build low cost housing for every new condo building they put up. Read more
