We issued Certificate of Property Use No. 0237-BF2J8B to Siemens Canada Limited for the property located at 30 Milton Avenue in Hamilton, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 8180-B69JV5 was issued, which cancels and replaces Permit to Take Water No. 3641-8ULKJZ. The Permit was issued on December 10, 2018 with an expiry date of November 30, 2028.

This Application 60-C-189899 for Consent was given conditional approval on February 7, 2019 and was amended on January 10, 2020. The last day to appeal this decision under the Planning Act is January 30, 2020.
