Approval has been granted for an Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) from Latem Industries Limited, a metal coating and finishing facility, located in the City of Cambridge, Ontario.

The application was withdrawn by the proponent.

An amended ECA has been issued to Ingot Metal Company Limited for their facility located at 111 Fenmar Drive in Toronto.

The proponent has informed the ministry of their decision to withdraw the Environmental Compliance Approval application for this proposal.

On August 29, 2025, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 206/25 in the Township of Springwater.

On July 17, 2025, the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing filed a Minister's Zoning Order with the Registrar of Regulations as Ontario Regulation (O. Reg.) 158/25 in the Town of Innisfil. Gateway Casinos Innisfil requested that the Minister consider making the Zoning Order.

The application from Kap Paper was canceled. Kap Paper Inc. withdrew this application due to lack of information.
