A new Environmental Compliance Approval permit has been issued for the existing sewage works serving Bayview Marina located at 387 Baxter Loop Road Honey Harbour, Ontario.

Approval has been granted for an Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) which replaces all the current Environmental Compliance Approvals for Air at this facility and includes the addition of new or historically unapproved sources for all emissions from Schaeffler Canada Inc.

Water will be taken from Multiple Well Points in the City of Sarnia, County of Lambton, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 6307-DQZPSP was issued to DBS-Hearn Inc. operating as Sutton Creek Golf Club on February 6, 2026, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 1272-DFZL6W for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one well and one pond in the Town of Essex, County of Essex, Ontario for 10 years.

Approval is granted to operate a Waste Disposal Site – Transfer and Processing facility at 18 Wheeler Drive, in Bolton Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 4783-DKKHZM has been issued to V. B. Sand & Gravel Ltd. for industrial aggregate washing purposes. Water will be taken from one pond, located in the Municipality of Lambton Shores, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to Halton Recycling Ltd., for the establishment of industrial stormwater management works at 360 Shirley Avenue, in the City of Kitchener, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 2416-DPTL2K has been issued to 2869936 Ontario Inc. Water will be taken from five ponds in Plympton-Wyoming, Ontario, for golf course irrigation purposes.

This decision is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for the establishment of a sewage system and a year round subsurface sewage disposal works owned by 2852804 Ontario Ltd., in support of a proposed Caledon Service Centre with mixed commercial use, including a gas bar and a convenience store.
