A new Environmental Compliance Approval (industrial sewage) was issued to Millennium Holdings Inc., for the establishment of stormwater management works, to service proposed industrial warehouse and manufacturing development located at 115 Bullock Street, in the City of Kitchener, Ontario.

An amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 7470-4XGRM5 (industrial sewage) was granted for Hydro One Networks Inc. for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater at the Hanover Transmission Station, located at 341020 Grey County Road 28, in the Town of Hanover, Ontario.

We have issued a new Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9180458959 for Sauble Sunsets GP Limited as general partner and on behalf of Sauble Sunsets Limited Partnership. Water will be taken from nine wells for construction dewatering purposes, located at 701 Main Street, Sauble Beach, Ontario. This permit expires on January 24, 2024.

This decision is for a new Permit to Take Water for Produits Forestiers Greenfirst (QC) Inc. for aggregate extraction purposes. Water will be taken from one pond to dewater a man-made gravel extraction hole located approximately 22 kilometers south of the Town of Kapuskasing along Swanson Road, Ontario.

The minister has issued a social or economic benefit permit to NextStar Energy Inc. and the Corporation of the City of Windsor for impacts to Butler’s Gartersnake, a species at risk. The permit includes actions to minimize adverse effects on the species and its habitat and actions to support the protection and recovery of the species.

We issued a Permit to Take Water No. 4488-CKYR9A on November 9, 2022 to Riverain Developments. Water will be taken from two (2) ponds for construction dewatering purposes in Ottawa, Ontario. This permit expires on November 9, 2030.

Certificate of Property Use No. 7620-CF2NJU for 290 Old Weston Road, Toronto, was issued to i2 Developments (Old Weston) Inc., as part of their development plans for the site.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to Riverside RV Resort & Campground Inc. for a temporary septic holding tank to service a trailer park, located at 84 Robinson Rd., in the Town of Tweed, Ontario. The site is currently service by a subsurface disposal system.
