A new Environmental Compliance Approval (M&P sewage) for sewage treatment serving a new correctional facility, the Thunder Bay Correctional Complex (TBCC), has been issued. The site is located at 2351 Highway 61 in Thunder Bay, Ontario.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air), which replaces all the current Environmental Compliance Approvals for air at this facility and includes the addition of new, or historically unapproved, sources for all emissions was issued to Abcor Filters Inc., a manufacturer of automotive paper air filters.

We have issued a Certificate of Property Use to Dana Canada Corporation for their property located 130 Woodworth Avenue, St. Thomas, Ontario.

The ministry has amended StormFisher Environmental Ltd.'s Environmental Compliance Approval to allow for the company to receive waste at their approved facility on Sundays. No other changes have been made to the company's approval.
