The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-6252957016 was issued to CRH Canada Group Inc. on July 11, 2024, to renew the permit 4256-A33JA5. Water will be taken from a quarry sump for the purposes of dewatering and aggregate washing at Buckhorn Quarry, located in Dunsford, Ontario.

We issued an Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) for 2773798 Ontario Inc., a manufacturer of chiropractic tables, slides and lockers for passenger trucks, located at 692 Nanticoke Creek Parkway in Jarvis, Ontario.

Environmental Compliance Approval number 0992-D68QGF was issued to Roelands Plant Farms Inc. for the establishment of stormwater management works in support of a proposed greenhouse and bunkhouse development, for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of stormwater run-off.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-2247392712 was issued to Golden Ambra Highrise Inc. on June 18, 2024, for a new Permit to Take Water for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from one source in the City of Richmond Hill, Regional Municipality of York, Ontario for 5 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 3383-D2HQYA was issued to ClubLink Corporation ULC, operating as Georgetown Golf Club on May 10, 2024 to renew Permit to Take Water No. 5857-B9CKZA for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one irrigation pond in the Town of Halton Hills, Regional Municipality of Halton, Ontario for 10 years.

P-300-1239198339 was issued to Highland Pines Campground Limited for 10 years. Water will be taken from six wells for water supply purposes relating to campground activities, located in the County of Wellington.

This was for a Permit to Take Water for Village at the Schoolyard Inc. under Permit No. 3776-D3KFS6 issued for 4 years. Water will be taken from three ponds for construction dewatering purposes in the City of Ottawa, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-7247158916 was issued to St. Andrews East Golf & Country Club on March 27, 2024, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 8325-9HEGYL for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one irrigation well in the Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario for 10 years.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-23-000330 to GoldON Resources Ltd. for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) with Limited Operational Flexibility was issued to PWO Canada Incorporated, a motor vehicle parts stamping facility, located at 255 McBrine Drive, in Kitchener, Ontario.

Teledyne Digital Imaging, Inc. has withdrawn its Environmental Compliance Approval application (air and noise) and hence, an Environmental Compliance Approval was not issued by the Ministry.

The variance is approved.

An Environmental Compliance Approval was granted to JPI Farms Inc. for sanitary sewage treatment and surface water disposal works to service Phases 1 to 4 bunkhouse/greenhouse development located at 422 Mersea Road 7, in the Municipality of Leamington.

On November 10, 2023, Ontario filed amendments to O. Reg. 679/21 (Community Net Metering Projects) and O. Reg. 389/10 (General) to remove administrative burden and clarify regulatory requirements to support innovation and customer choice. The amendments will come into effect on January 1, 2024.
