We issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval to 2648328 Ontario Inc., a boat manufacturing facility located in the Municipality of Grey Highlands, County of Grey.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise), has been issued to M-J-J-J Developments Inc., a hot-mix asphalt plant located at 12415 Coleraine Drive in Bolton, Ontario.

This was a proposal for a new Permit to Take Water for Flow Water Inc. under Permit No. P-300-1617496618, issued for 5 years. Water will be taken for production purposes from one well, located in the Town of Mildmay, Ontario.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) is issued to 1347921 Ontario Inc., for the existing sewage treatment and disposal systems in operation at Stoney Creek Trailer Park located on Lots 5 and 6 of Concession 5 in the City of Kawartha Lakes, Ontario.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval for subsurface sewage disposal works rated at 11,300 litres per day servicing a dwelling located at 16755 The Gore Road, in Caledon, ON.

A decision was made on Feburary 8, 2024 to approve, with modifications, the new Town of Iroquois Falls Official Plan, as adopted by By-law 3709/23.  The approved new Town of Iroquois Falls Official Plan outlines a comprehensive framework of new and revised policies to guide growth and development.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to Koinonia Christian Fellowship Inc., located at 850 Sawmill Road in Bloomingdale, Township of Woolwich, for the existing onsite wastewater system. The existing system is rated at a maximum capacity of 9000 litres per day and services the church and school facilities.

We issued an approval to GFL Environmental Inc. to increase storage, add a solidification operation and update existing processes activities at their 96 Middleton Street, Brantford location.

We issued an approval to 2374868 Ontario Inc. for their 75 Udine Avenue, Welland site to authorize the receipt of liquid excess soil and the dewatering of that material for reuse off-site.

Permit to Take Water No.1385-D22K6S was issued to Silver Bay Water Inc.on February 6, 2024, to renew Permit No. 2305-97GNH7. Water will be taken from one lake for water supply purposes for 10 years.

A decision was made on February 8, 2024 to approve, with three modifications, Official Plan Amendment 269 to the County of Oxford Official Plan, as adopted by By-law 6437-2022. The official plan amendment, as modified, is consistent with the Provincial Policy Statement and provides policy direction for agricultural land use within the County.
