A decision was made on September 5, 2025 to approve a new Official Plan for St. Joseph Island Planning Board as adopted by the Board by member municipalities in September 2023. The approved new Official Plan outlines a comprehensive framework of new and revised policies to guide growth and development within the planning board area.

The application for an amendment to this facility's existing Environmental Compliance Approval has been cancelled. No amendment was issued.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued for industrial sewage treatment and stormwater management works serving Arriscraft Canada Inc., located at 875 Speedsville Road in Cambridge, Ontario.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-23-000351 to Beyond Minerals Inc. for early exploration activities.

The decision is to: issue the mineral exploration permit.

A new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) has been issued to Miller Paving Limited, a hot-mix asphalt plant, aggregate depot and aggregate pit located at 437 Sandy Beach Road, Dryden, Ontario.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) which replaces all the current Environmental Compliance Approvals for air at this facility and includes the addition of new or historically unapproved sources for all emissions has been granted to Stegg Limited, a precision machined metallic components.

A-Gas Canada Inc. has withdrawn its Environmental Compliance Approval application (air & noise) and hence, an Environmental Compliance Approval was not issued by the ministry.

Certificate of Property Use No. 2023-CZSGP3 for 1319 Bloor Street West, Toronto was issued to KS 1319 Bloor Street West Holdings Inc., as part of their development plans for the site.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-23-000352 to Bounty Gold Corp..- 50%, Last Resort Resources Ltd.- 1%, Beyond Minerals Inc.- 49% for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

An amendment to the existing Environmental Compliance Approval (waste disposal site - transfer) No. A620088 for Central Sanitation Inc. was issued for the use and operation of two Hauled Sewage Storage Lagoons with the total capacity of 11,360 cubic metres, located at 1980 Petrolia Line in St. Clair, Ontario.
