We have issued an amendment to Environmental Compliance Approval No. 2387-8J2KTQ for 2253100 Ontario Inc., for sewage works serving the JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka Resort, located at 1050 Paignton House Road in Minett, Ontario.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval to Magna International Inc. for existing stormwater management works servicing a truck turning facility located at 65 Centennial Avenue in the City of St Thomas.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air & noise) was issued to Cavanaugh Concrete Ltd., for its facility located in the City of Gloucester, Ontario.

The facility has a Production Limit of up to 350,000 tonnes of concrete per year.

The Permit to Take Water No. 0631-DG2NZF was issued to Badgeley Island Aggregates Inc. on May 1, 2025, to renew the Permit No. 8624-9LKJLT. Water will be taken from two ponds for quarry dewatering purposes, in the Municipality of Killarney, District of Sudbury, Ontario.

The Permit to Take Water No. 6806-DC2QDN was issued to 2749196 Ontario Inc. on December 23, 2024, for amendment of PTTW No. 3618-9HYLD8 for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes. Water will be taken from one pond and five wells in Ottawa, Ontario for 10 years.

A a new Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued for the establishment of year round subsurface sanitary sewage disposal works rated at 13,840 litres per day to service two residences, a banquet hall, a manufacturing building and a proposed lodge located at 84483 McNaught Line, in the Municipality of Huron East.
