Permit to Take Water No. 1132-D8RQ8X was issued to Lavern Heideman & Sons Limited to renew Permit to Take Water No. 3415-9MGPM9 for other Industrial purpose. Water will be taken from one pond, located in Eganville, County of Renfrew, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-8275305508 was issued to Miller Group Inc. on September 4, 2024 for manufacturing purposes. Water will be taken from one well at the Miller Concrete Plant, located at 6690 Minto Line 12 in Harriston, Ontario.

Approval is granted to 2667804 Ontario Inc. ( Operating as Recycle City ) to operate the waste transfer/processing facility for acceptance and processing of solid non-hazardous waste, liquid industrial waste, and hazardous waste, liquid soil from hydrovac operations.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-24-000155 to Agnico Eagle Mines Limited for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) to 2404676 Ontario Limited, for the establishment of a proposed sewage treatment and subsurface disposal system servicing proposed Phase 2 and existing Phase 1 developments of Thorold Gateway Center, located at 1040 Thorold Stone Road, Thorold, Ontario.

Certificate of Property Use No. 4718-D4ZJ92 (“CPU”) was issued to The Corporation of the Town of Penetanguishene on August 29, 2024, as part of the development plans for the property located at 111 Robert Street West in Penetanguishene, Ontario.

We have approved the renewal of the Limited Operational Flexibility for an Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) No. 5718-9AYJBB for Aimco Solrec Limited, a waste solvent recycling facility located at 425 Morobel Drive in Milton in Ontario.

The application for this new Permit to Take Water for 1000111616 Ontario Inc. was withdrawn by the applicant on August 23, 2024.

This application for this Permit to Take Water for Corbo Spring Water Inc. was withdrawn by the applicant on August 14, 2024.

The ministry has issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval to Beedie, Ontario Develipments (GP) Ltd., as general partner for and on behalf of Beedie, Ontario (Healey Road) Property Limited Partnership, for stormwater management works located at 399 Healey Road in the Town of Caledon.
