Water will be taken from the Hamilton Harbour (Lake Ontario) for industrial cooling water purposes, located at 515 Victoria Avenue North in the City of Hamilton, Ontario.

OPA 2 update the county’s population and employment figures to 2051, and implement the county’s Land Needs Assessment to conform with the requirements of A Place to Grow (Growth Plan).
