An Environmental Compliance Approval has been granted to Risun Polymer (Canada) Co. for the operation of an adhesive manufacturing facility located in the City of Hamilton, Ontario.

Umicore Battery Materials Canada Inc. requested to withdraw their application for a Permit to Take Water from 14 ponds for construction dewatering purposes, located at 195 County Road 4 in the Town of Bath, Ontario. The application is considered withdrawn and no PTTW was issued. 

The Permit to Take Water No. 0130-DGPRUK was issued to Preston Sand & Gravel Company Limited on June 9, 2025. Water will be taken from one dugout pond for aggregate washing purposes at the Marshall Pit, located in South River, Ontario.

A new Sewage Works Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) was granted to Nigel James Charles Begg for the installation of a sewage disposal system to service an existing dwelling located at 1053 Shallow Bay Road, on Lot 14, Blocks 29 and 31 of Shallow Bay Properties Cooperative Corporation in the Town of Gravenhurst, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 1233-DC9MVY was issued to Walker Aggregates Inc. on January 27, 2025. Water will be taken from one well for industrial concrete manufacturing purposes, located in the Town of Allenford, Ontario.

A provisional consent was granted subject to standard conditions on January 24, 2025. The last date to appeal the decision in February 13, 2025.

The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9306799232 was issued to A. L. Blair Construction Limited on January 10, 2025, to renew PTTW No. 4343- 9RXKL5. Water will be taken from one (1) pond for dewatering purposes at the Embrun Quarry, located in Russell, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 1263-DBSTK9 has been issued to Fowler Construction Company Limited, renewing Permit to Take Water No. 8275-B9YS6T for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from Fleming Quarry, located at 3230 Switch Road in Washago, Ontario for 10 years.

Permit to Take Water No. 1437-DBEMX3 was issued to Vicdom Sand & Gravel (Ontario) Limited on January 8, 2025, to renew Permit to Take Water No. 1460-9UVMYU. Water will be taken from Giordano Lake for aggregate washing purposes at 3444 Brock Road North in Uxbridge, Ontario.
