The Permit to Take Water No. P-300-6291222423 was issued to Thomas Spence, Anne Spence on January 23, 2025, for the renewal of PTTW No. 5064-9R6LK6. Water will be taken from one lake and one well for golf course irrigation and water supply purposes at the Sheffield Greens Golf Club, located at 193 Mill Line Road in Trent Lake, Ontario.

Pursuant to section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent for a lot addition and an access easement was granted on January 21, 2025, subject to conditions.

This was an amendment to (ECA) 9530-873RPF for Brendar Environmental Recycling Inc. The amendment was to allow the site to receive, process, and transfer household hazardous, industrial hazardous, liquid industrial and non-hazardous industrial wastes in additional to the management of wastes already permitted under this approval.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent for a lot addition was granted on January 14, 2025, subject to conditions. 

The applicant had not provided the additional information required by the deadline imposed, as a result the file has been closed.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-21-000269R to Epica Gold Inc. for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1306194478 was issued to Alamos Gold Inc. on December 13, 2024 to amend Permit to Take Water No. Alamos Gold Inc. for mining purposes. Water will be taken from two wells at the Island Gold Mine site, located in Dubreuilville, Ontario for 3 years.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-24-000208 to ONGold Resources Ltd. for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

An Environmental Compliance Approval with Limited Operational Flexibility (air) has been issued to C. VILLENEUVE CONSTRUCTION CO. LTD. This approval is for the operation of a hot mix asphalt plant, located on Highway 11 approximately 10 kilometres northwest of Kapuskasing, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 6405-DADLX4 was issued to Reid's Heritage Homes Ltd. on October 30, 2024, for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from two wells located in the City of Guelph, Ontario.

A new Sewage Works Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) was granted to Southwest Agromart Ltd. to establish a stormwater management (SWM) Works to service an existing agricultural fertilizer facility located at 24734 Centre Side Road, in the Community of Eberts, Municipality of Chatham-Kent, Ontario.

A new Sewage Works Environmental Compliance Approval (ECA) is granted to Findsecured Financials Inc. for the establishment of subsurface disposal works to service a seasonal residential cottages located at 1329 County Road 45, Hastings, Township of Ashpodel-Norwood, Ontario (Trent River cottages).

Permit to Take Water No.7760-D32QLH was issued to eQuinelle Developments Inc. renewing Permit to Take Water No. 3503-9ENK63 for construction dewatering purposes. Water will be taken from four ponds, located in Kemptville, United Counties of Leeds and Grenville, Ontario for 5 years.

The Director of Exploration has made a decision on the exploration permit application PR-24-000200 to Epica Gold Inc.(10002218) for early exploration activities.

The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

Licensee was issued a licence to extract aggregate from a pit in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.

The current Environmental Compliance Approvals for air at this facility and includes the addition of new or historically unapproved sources has been granted to CAF Innovative Shapecasting Inc., an aluminum casting facility located at 458 Dobbie Drive, Cambridge, Ontario.

We have issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc. for a replacement subsurface disposal sewage works, servicing the seasonal campground Bailey’s Bay Resort, located at 78 Lindsay Road, Township of Selwyn, Ontario.
