A new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) has been issued to William Day Construction Limited for the operation of five mobile screening plants. The equipment will be used to process aggregate, throughout the Province of Ontario (Northeastern and Northwestern Ontario only).

This approval is for a new Environmental Compliance Approval for new Class four onsite domestic sewage disposal works, with a daily maximum flow of 25,500 litres per day, to service the precast concrete operation at 44 Muir Line, County of Brant, Ontario.

Approval was granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for Waste Management of Canada Corporation, a waste processing facility for solid, non-hazardous recyclables located at 19 Rockland Road in North Dumfries, Ontario.

On May 13, 2025 application 57-C-242646 for provisional consent was approved with conditions. The application would sever a triangular piece of land from PIN 31386-0450 (approximately 81 square metres in size) as a lot addition to an adjacent lot (PIN 31386-0295) to resolve a driveway encroachment. The last date of appeal is June 2, 2025.

Permit to Take Water No. 1518-DF6HYX has been issued to 2079610 Ontario Ltd. operating as Millcroft Golf Club renewing PTTW No. 7702-CVKMES for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one pond, located in the City of Burlington, Ontario.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Hustonville Sand & Gravel Limited to change their final rehabilitation slopes in the Township of Centre Wellington.
