Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1327640296 was issued to Merry-Hill Limited on July 3, 2025. Water will be taken from one pond and two wells for golf course irrigation purposes, located in the Township of Woolwich, Ontario.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent was granted on May 26, 2025 in respect of Application 60-C-249776 for a lot addition on lands described as PIN 42150-3047 on Poplar Bay, Lake of the Woods, unincorporated territory, District of Kenora. The site will not receive any hazardous waste.

A provisional consent was granted subject to standard conditions on May 26, 2025. The last date to appeal the decision in June 15, 2025.

Approval was granted for a new Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) for Waste Management of Canada Corporation, a waste processing facility for solid, non-hazardous recyclables located at 19 Rockland Road in North Dumfries, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 5300-DGPREF has been issued to Scrivener Square Nominee Inc. for foundation drainage purposes. Water will be taken from one well located in the City of Toronto, Ontario.

The application would sever a triangular piece of land from PIN 31386-0450 (approximately 81 square metres in size) as a lot addition to an adjacent lot (PIN 31386-0295) to resolve a driveway encroachment.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-3327860800 was issued to Pineland Gardens Limited on April 16, 2025. Water will be taken from one pond and one well for golf course irrigation purposes, located in the City of Hamilton, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. 1518-DF6HYX has been issued to 2079610 Ontario Ltd. operating as Millcroft Golf Club renewing PTTW No. 7702-CVKMES for golf course irrigation purposes. Water will be taken from one pond, located in the City of Burlington, Ontario.

Approval was granted for a site plan amendment to allow Hustonville Sand & Gravel Limited to change their final rehabilitation slopes in the Township of Centre Wellington.
