The 2023 Annual Report from the Committee on the Status of Species at Risk in Ontario (COSSARO) to the Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks is now available on Ontario.ca. The report includes COSSARO’s assessments and resulting classifications of species in accordance with the Endangered Species Act, 2007.
We are providing general notice to the public that we require additional time to prepare the recovery strategies for six species at risk under the Endangered Species Act, 2007.
