A new Environmental Compliance Approval has been issued for the establishment of sewage works, rated at 34,620 litres per day, to service Lefroy Harbour Resorts located at 727 Harbour Street, in the Town of Innisfil.

We issued a new Environmental Compliance Approval (sewage) for 1108 Queen Street, in the Township of Wilmot, Ontario, for the establishment of a replacement subsurface disposal works for the collection, transmission, treatment and disposal of domestic sewage with a maximum design capacity of 15,000 litres per day.

A decision was made on December 16, 2025 to approve, with fourteen modifications, City of Waterloo Official Plan Amendment 58, as adopted by By-law 2024-097. Official Plan Amendment 58 updates policies and schedules to comply with the Planning Act and be consistent with the Provincial Planning Statement, 2024 (PPS).

A decision was made on October 27, 2025 to approve the City of Kitchener Official Plan Amendment 42, as adopted by By-law 2024-019. Official Plan Amendment 42 proposes to revise policy 15.D.12.41 c) of the City’s Official Plan to permit a warehouse use for the lands municipally known as 485 Huron Road.

A decision was made on October 27, 2025, to approve the City of Kitchener Official Plan Amendment 45, as adopted by By-law 2024-057. The amendment modifies Site-Specific Policy 15.D.12.40 to permit a maximum height of 24 storeys on lands designated 'Mixed Use' at the southwest corner of Huron Road and Strasburg Road.
