The facility has a Production Limit of up to 100,000 cubic metres of concrete per year.

An amended Environmental Compliance Approval was issued to Jungbunzlauer Canada Inc. (JBL) for approval of upgrades to the existing works and the establishment of stormwater management works to service JBL’s Mixed Products Campus located at 1555 Elm Street, in the City of Port Colborne, Regional Municipality of Niagara.

Pursuant to Section 53 of the Planning Act, provisional consent for a new lot was granted on September 16, 2025, subject to conditions.
