An Environmental Compliance Approval (air & noise) has been granted to Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. for the operation of a portable hot-mix asphalt plant, located at various sites across Ontario.

The decision is to refuse the renewal to Permit to Take Water No. 1066-BJAQXM for Bayou Cable Park Inc. for recreational purposes. Water was requested to be taken from two streams in The Blue Mountains, Ontario.
