The decision is to issue the mineral exploration permit.

Permit to Take Water No. 3038-DSBRYE has been issued to Agnico Eagle Mines Limited for industrial purposes. Water will be taken from one watercourse and one lake for industrial purposes, located in the District of Cochrane, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-1302553918 has been issued to Evolution Mining Gold Operations Ltd., renewing Permit to Take Water No. 5361-DHCHK9 for gold mining and milling operations within the boundaries of the Campbell Site and/or Red Lake Site, located in the Town of Red Lake, District of Kenora, Ontario.

Permit to Take Water No. P-300-9199395329 has been issued to Evolution Mining Gold Operations Ltd., renewing Permit to Take Water No. 6702-C8FPK3 for mining dewatering from the Bateman Shaft, located in the Town of Red Lake, District of Kenora, Ontario.

On April 8, 2026, W.R. Meadows of Canada Company and 3006331 Nova Scotia Company withdrew the application for the asphalt shingles, bagged grouts/patching and cement manufacturing facility, located in the City of Milton, Ontario.

The application has been closed as requested by W.R. Meadows of Canada Company and 3006331 Nova Scotia Company.
