I oppose this bill. I believe it is deeply irresponsible, cowardly, and quite frankly stupid to oppose a market-based solution, particularly as the IPCC has stated that our window for avoiding disastrous climate change will close within the next 12 years. Read more

I have to admit that I find it very disturbing that I am having to even provide comments on this proposal, given both the recent report from the IPCC and the awarding of the 2018 Nobel Prize for Economics to a professor for his work on Carbon Pricing. Read more
