Stop cutting down trees and burning anything for fuel. Move to green energy sources.

Ontario is home to North America’s largest forest biomass-only electricity generating station. Burning wood pellets is dirtier than coal at the smokestack. The Ontario government is using that as a key point to justify expanding the industry. This is deceptive.

Biomass energy is a very misguided effort being pushed by entrenched logging industry. The industry has failed to show commitment to truly renewable management. Biomass energy invites vast deforestation for the sake of "green" energy, and is the worst thing that be done at this time.

We need climate friendly solutions. We need to work WITH our planet not AGAINST it.
