This is an outrageous and cruel proposal. Do employees at the ERO actually think it is an acceptable concept. Sorry but this is just sick and very disturbing. Wildlife needs to be respected and cared for.

This is cruel and disgusting. We are meant to do better as humans. I fully and wholly OPPOSE using trapped wild animals OR ANY ANIMALS for that matter as bait. Why do we do this? Can we not be better than this? Truly despicable and you should be ashamed.

I do not support this proposal to allow for issuance of licenses for new dog train and trials areas, as well as the transfer of licenses. The practice is inhumane to the wildlife being used/exploited for these purposes and should be phased out.

Innocent live animals should never be used as bait. That's just torture. If you can't train your dogs to hunt without using live animals as bait you shouldn't be hunting. You can train dogs to hunt without live animals. Please don't allow this to happen.

I know that in rural areas, hunting dogs are used to track coyotes. I have never heard of them being used to hunt 'nuisance' bunnies or foxes.
