I am all for intensification along transit routes and in areas where services already exist and can be expanded as needed. Existing built architecture needs to be respected, preserved and complemented by any new builds. No more sprawl. Read more

I am concerned that the proposed changes will promote urban sprawl and will not adequately protect all employment lands other than a few that are specified. All current employment lands must be protected from conversion to non-employment uses such as residential. Read more
