I live in an area rich in protected wetlands and endangered species and species at risk. We are close to Toronto so many city people come here for vacations or to rest and enjoy the outdoors.

Municipalities should not be allowed to arbitrarily impose restrictive and unfair “environmental protection” zones on privately owned land. Landowners should not have to pay for permits, assessments or anything else in order to make changes on private property.
