Will municipalities continue to be exempt from fees (specifically for hhw programs)/ Will electronic filing be mandatory or will paper manifesting be allowed to continue where necessary (eg. hhw collection sites with out internet access)?

Submitting electronic information is more cost effective and efficient, however we will have to see and understand how the information will need to be submitted. Many times the information that needs to be submitted is site specific and it will increase administrative burden on smaller facilities. Read more
