This land was PROMISED to be protected. This land is vital to our ecosystem and is one of the only red forests left in our province. This will wreak havoc on our beautiful country's ecosystems, social value and communities in the area. Please rethink this by not moving forward.

Wolf lake is a very heavily used recreational lake, as well as a globally significant ecological area. Exploration activities in the area will have unacceptably high disturbance, both ecologically and socially. This application shouldn’t be approved

In order to protect the ecological integrity of this area, all proposed mining exploration projects should be denied. The area that this project is proposed within contains old growth red pine, which is important both ecologically but also to the heritage of the Wolf Lake area. Read more
