Public water resources should be managed equitably!!!!!!, with priority given to essential uses that benefit the broader community. While the golf club serves a private clientele, the water it uses is a public resource!!!!, and its use for irrigation primarily benefits a small portion of the population. Many may argue that water resources should be directed toward uses that benefit public health, residential needs, and essential services before non-essential recreational uses.

source of water: watercourse
maximum rate per minute (litres): 6,814
maximum number of hours of taking per day: 8
maximum volume per day (litres): 3,265,920
maximum number of days of taking in a year: 215

the amount of water being STOLEN is ridiculous What Benefit does the Community gain from the Golf course Wasting this Water???? this permit should never have been issued in the first place. how is this government keeping the communities best interest in mind!!! instead of a few rich people. this is pure greed and we should not allow it. 3 Million Liters per day!!!!!! The Golf course should be paying at minimium a dollar per Liter. But they should not be able to touch this water at all.
