My partner and I own a car but both choose to bike all year round for 90% of our trips because of the great bike lanes. They need to be improved and ADDED to, not removed. We need to encourage carpooling, public transit and cycling. That is the only way to correct congestion which is caused by cars with only a single driver.
Removing bike lanes will only add more congestion.
