We live in a fairly remote area in North Frontenac and in all our years here we have never seen any signs of bears. So there can't be many around and yet this should be bear country. We do NOT need a Spring hunt when we already have so few to begin with. This is just a money grabber for the select few who hunt these wild animals. Especially in the spring when they may have young here or coming.
