Hello: I live near Elora Ontario. PLEASE take great care in deciding on priorities for water taking. Our population is set to double in the next 25 years. We will run out of water if we're not careful. It is essential that the municipality makes the final decision on water taking, and that it is based on science.
Also important, is that commercial water taking ends up on plastic bottles, which end up in our landfill. There is NO need for this, when good water comes out of our taps. We are already dealing with plastic pollution that ends up in our bodies, as well.
Our health depends on good, accessible water, that is not encased in plastic.
