To protect the long-term sustainability of surface water and groundwater and to ensure these important resources are responsibly managed and safeguarded now and for future generations, I have simple comment.
1. Keep the water in the ground.
2. Do not allow private companies to sell surface and/or groundwater from Ontario sources.
3. Restore and maintain existing wetlands and make all efforts to increase wetlands where possible.
4. Maintain and improve environmental protections for industry and land development to ensure that water quality is protected.
