Public notice and consultation of 5he concerned communities mandatory before moving forward. Fulfill all criterias requested by the city to change its urban organisation. Include section 37 of the local planning into the MZO legislation so private developers contribute their fair share in the community development their are making profit from. People are not resources you dispose of or overrun, they live in the areas the government is transforming and know better what is good for them.
