This is not right. The province should not override local planning decisions. The Province has no interest in local communities, local planning or the environment. willfully overriding these things goes against the Charter of Rights and Freedoms with respect to the right to a healthy environment. Poor planning is exactly that.
without local planning, communities become lost and have a negative inpact in cities, especially dense cities like Toronto
