I applaud this amendment proposal, an action which will enhance ecological integrity and maintain sustainability in the landscape. The south shore is a significant territory for bird migration, the proposed amendment will strengthen long-term protection of biodiversity and natural habitats. In a bigger picture, this will contribute to Canada’s Target 1 Challenge in protecting 25% of land and ocean by 2025. Make it so!
