The light duty emissions testing should end immediately rather than in April 2019. I have a birthday in March. This April date has unfairly disadvantaged me with costs for compliance for past drive clean changes implemented starting in April. These changes also unfairly disadvantage me for my time and trouble. Why should anyone bother to drive to the test and waste their time? As the light duty emissions test was a useless test, why continue the pain until April? I complained about this before. I thought Doug Ford would be smarter and more practical.
