I reject the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry’s proposal to allow new licenses and the transfer of licenses for train and trial areas in Ontario.
This is a horrific and cruel practice! It has no place in Ontario. This is no better than coq or dog fighting.
Close the existing 24 facilities immediately.
For shame!
