This is absolutely a step back to another century regarding animal rights and the harassment/torture of our precious Ontario wildlife.
I have carefully read the proposal, and while I realize all sport hunting will never be banned, it is BARBARIC and INHUMANE to keep wild animals captive to be repeatedly stressed and terrified.
I and my family strongly oppose this.
