It's hard to believe that in 2023, that this proposal could even be considered. Besides this being a barbaric practice, this also goes against most rules and regulations for Wildlife and Conservation. These animals will no doubt be terrorized during these "dog training" exercises and likely meet a slow and cruel death. We, as Canadians, can and should do better. This is taking a step back and the Provincial Government should be ashamed.
